Message from a Customer

With my own work and moving being so busy, the cat moving procedure was really difficult, and I don't think I could have gotten all the documents together in time on my own. Thank you so much for your professional and detailed support, and being able to communicate with you on line was also very helpful because it didn't get mixed up with my work communication and made the communication smooth. If it had been by e-mail, I would have been buried in a lot of stuff... I really appreciated being able to chat with you when I was busy.

Notes on life in Hong Kong from our customers

About Cat Food

I am contacting you in the hope that this will be helpful to those who are planning to travel to Japan....

In Hong Kong, you can often buy Japanese cat food in your neighborhood. For example, Japanese-affiliated stores such as Don Quijote and Aeon carry major cat foods such as Churu.

In addition, many hotels that allowed pets and supermarkets near my apartment had cat food and cat litter. My arrival at the hotel was after 8 pm Hong Kong time, but I was able to buy cat food. I was worried that I could not easily find it on the Internet, but it seems that Hong Kong can solve the cat food problem on the first day very quickly.

Surprising Blind Spot: About Water

If anything, the water was more difficult... We were told that we should not drink tap water, so the hotel had prepared it for humans, but it was all soda water... In the middle of the night, I went to a convenience store to buy mineral water for the cats.
