Yes. We will report the status at each stage of departure, transit arrival, and final arrival. We constantly monitor the safety of your pets in cooperation with our affiliated transport companies.

Our staff is responsible for all necessary administrative procedures, from assisting with the preparation of documents to inputting application data and arranging reservations. Since the application must be made in the client's name, we ask only for final work such as signatures and confirmation of contents. Please note that the actual medical and preparatory work at the veterinary hospital, such as procedures (vaccinations, etc.), witnessing examinations, and crate preparation, must be done by the client.
