Our first step in participating in the Tokyo Bay eSG project is to "100% digitization of documents." It is.

Outline of Initiatives

• Electronic Signature and Cloud Management
  All documents that used to be exchanged on paper, such as rabies antibody titer certificates and import/export applications, are now electronic.
• Reduction of 30,000 sheets of paper per year
  From approximately 7,000 sheets of A4 paper per employee to 0 sheets. Ink, envelopes, and shipping costs are also reduced.
• Real-time sharing with customers & administration
  You can check your progress from My Page and make corrections with a single click. Reduce both time loss and carbon emissions.

This "zero paper" measure is a part of the Tokyo Bay eSG Project's "Reduction of Environmental Impact x DX" This is a realistic and immediate first step that is directly related to our philosophy of We will start small and expand to the next phase (crate circulation and low-carbon transportation) as we demonstrate results numerically.
