This process was developed through hands-on experience gained by handling each family’s travel arrangements on a case-by-case basis. It incorporates the requirements that vary by country.

We'll handle all English communication.

Our team includes staff members from the United States. We communicate with local veterinary clinics and agents in their native language and organize the records for you. You can follow the entire process in Japanese.

A qualified person will review the documents again.

PetAir handles organizing the necessary information and making appointments with animal quarantine offices, as well as handling matters at their service counters. Preparing and submitting documents to government agencies is handled by,Qualified Individualswill be in charge of this. This two-step process ensures that the finalized content is checked once more before submission, leaving no oversights.

There is only one service counter.

While different representatives handle the process from the initial consultation through signing the contract and the subsequent steps, the handoff is handled entirely within our company. You’ll always have a single point of contact, so you won’t need to explain your situation over and over again. We’ll also centralize all payments to our partners through a single point of contact at our company.

    A qualified professional will be responsible for preparing and submitting application documents to government agencies. The terms of the agency agreement with the client will be clearly stated in the contract.

    We partner with airlines—including ANA Cargo—that have extensive experience transporting pets. The best flight options vary depending on the destination, season, and the pet’s size. With these factors in mind, we select the most suitable flight.

  3. Freight Forwarding Agent

    We arrange cargo transport in collaboration with agencies that specialize in pet shipping. We entrust the entire process—from acceptance to loading and handling at the destination airport—to experienced service providers.

  4. Local Agent

    We have local partners in major countries. Upon request, we can arrange airport pickups and drop-offs, as well as post-arrival support, in coordination with our local agents (subject to the country or region).
