• Information about your travel plans, such as the destination country or region, planned travel dates, purpose of travel, and family composition
• Information relating to quotes, contracts, and payments
• Information you share with us via our contact form, email, phone, LINE, WhatsApp, and similar channels

当社は、個人番号（マイナンバー）を取得しません。個人番号カードを本人確認書類としてご提出いただく場合は、個人番号が記載されていない表面のみをお預かりします。

2. Purposes of Use

• Responding to free consultations and quote requests, and proposing travel preparation schedules
• Providing the Service (planning and managing travel preparations, coordinating reservations with and liaising with the Animal Quarantine Service, communicating with overseas parties, etc.)
• NACCS申請等を受任する提携行政書士への情報の連携、および提携行政書士が行うご本人の確認
• 航空会社、現地エージェント、動物病院等との必要な連絡・調整
• Managing contracts, payments, and billing, and administrative work related to paying costs to our partners
• Responding to your inquiries and requests
• Improving the quality of the Service and sending you news and announcements
• Responding as required by laws and regulations, and other tasks incidental to the above

3. Provision to Third Parties

Except in the following cases, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your prior consent.

• When necessary to protect a person's life, physical safety, or property, and obtaining your consent is difficult
• 個人情報保護法第27条第1項各号に定めるその他の場合

当社は、利用規約第4条および第10条に基づき、NACCS申請等の遂行および提携行政書士が行うご本人の確認に必要な範囲で、お客様の個人情報および関連資料（本人確認書類を含みます。）を提携行政書士へ提供します。お客様は、利用規約にご同意いただくことにより、当該提供にあらかじめご同意いただいたものとして取り扱います。当社は、当該提供について、個人情報保護法に定めるところに従い記録を作成し、保存します。

渡航先国の政府機関、検疫当局、現地エージェント等（外国にある第三者を含みます。）への提供が必要な場合、当社は、個人情報保護法第28条その他の法令に従い、お客様の同意を得たうえで、必要な範囲で提供します。この場合、当社は、あらかじめ当該外国の名称、当該外国における個人情報の保護に関する制度に関する情報および当該第三者が講ずる個人情報の保護のための措置に関する情報を提供します。

4. Outsourcing and Information Sharing with Partners

We may provide personal information to the following contractors and partners to the extent necessary to provide the Service. In every case, the information provided is limited to what is needed to carry out the relevant work, and we require our contractors and partners to manage it appropriately.

• 提携行政書士：NACCS申請等、行政書士法上、行政書士のみが業として行い得る手続は、当社が業務提携する行政書士がお客様から直接受任のうえ行います。当社は、当該手続および提携行政書士が行うご本人の確認に必要な範囲で、お客様の情報および本人確認書類を提携行政書士へ提供します。担当する提携行政書士の名称および行政書士登録番号は、委任状の交付時その他適切な時期にお知らせします。
• Airlines and transport operators: We provide the information needed to book and arrange flights.
• Local agents and overseas partners: We provide information to the extent necessary for procedures at your destination, based on your consent or applicable laws.
• Payment and account management providers: They handle the information needed to process payments and billing.
• 翻訳・システム等の事業者：本サービスの運営に必要な範囲で情報を取り扱います。

5. Security Measures

当社は、取り扱う個人情報の漏えい、滅失またはき損の防止その他の安全管理のために、次の措置を講じています。

• 組織的措置：個人情報を取り扱う担当者および取扱範囲を限定し、取扱いに関する社内規程を整備するとともに、取扱状況を確認できる体制を設けています。

• 物理的措置：本人確認書類その他の書類および記録媒体について、施錠可能な場所での保管、権限のない者による閲覧の防止等の措置を講じています。
• 技術的措置：アクセス権限の管理、通信の暗号化、不正アクセスからの保護等の措置を講じています。本人確認書類の授受は、暗号化された共有領域またはパスワードを設定したファイルにより行います。
• 委託先・提携先の監督：委託先・提携先に対し、本ポリシーと同等の管理を求め、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

6. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.

You may request the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision of your personal information held by us. 7. Retention Period for Personal Information

当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間および法令で定められた期間に限り個人情報を保管し、保管の必要がなくなった個人情報は、適切な方法で消去または廃棄します。本人確認書類の写しについては、当該案件の完了後、法令上保存が必要とされる期間の経過をもって廃棄します。

当社の個人情報の取扱いに関するご意見・苦情は、本ページ末尾のお問い合わせ窓口までお申し出ください。当社は、これに適切かつ迅速に対応します。なお、個人情報保護委員会に対して苦情を申し出ることもできます。
