- Your name, contact information (phone number, email address, and account information for LINE, WhatsApp, etc.), and address
- Information about the pet traveling with you (type, breed, age, microchip number, vaccination history, health status, etc.)
- Information regarding your travel plans, such as the country or region you plan to visit, the scheduled travel dates, the purpose of your trip, and your family composition
- Information Regarding Quotes, Contracts, and Payments
- Information we receive through our contact form, email, phone, LINE, WhatsApp, and other channels

2. Purpose of Use
We will use the personal information we collect solely for the following purposes.
- Free consultations and quotes, as well as proposals for travel preparation schedules
- Provision of this service (planning and managing travel preparations; coordinating appointments with and liaising with the Animal Quarantine Office; communicating with overseas parties; etc.)
- Handling necessary communication and coordination with partner administrative scrivener offices, airlines, local agents, veterinary clinics, and other relevant parties responsible for preparing and submitting documents
- Administrative tasks related to contract, payment, and billing management, as well as payments to partners
- Responding to Customer Inquiries and Requests
- To improve the quality of this service and to provide updates and announcements
- Compliance with laws and regulations, and other tasks related to the above

Except in the following cases, we will not disclose personal information to third parties without first obtaining the customer’s consent.

- When it is necessary to protect human life, physical safety, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the customer’s consent

4. Information Sharing with Contractors and Partners
We may provide personal information to the following contractors and partners to the extent necessary for the provision of this service. In all such cases, the information provided will be limited to what is necessary for the performance of the relevant tasks, and we will require these contractors and partners to manage the information appropriately.
- Affiliated Administrative Scrivener Office: The preparation and submission of quarantine documents will be handled by an administrative scrivener’s office with which we have a business partnership. We will forward the organized information to that office. The agency relationship between you and the partner administrative scrivener’s office will be clearly outlined in our contract.
- Airlines and Shipping Companies: We provide the information needed to book and arrange air travel.
- Local Agents and Overseas Partners: We will provide information to the extent necessary for procedures at your destination, based on your consent or applicable laws and regulations.
- Businesses providing payment and account management services, etc.: We process information necessary for handling payments and billing.
5. Safety Management Measures
We will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of the personal information we handle, and to ensure its security. We will restrict access to personal information to authorized personnel, establish an internal management system for its handling, and require our contractors and business partners to implement the necessary management measures as well.
6. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.
You may request that we disclose, correct, supplement, delete, suspend the use of, or stop providing to third parties your personal information held by our company. Upon receiving such a request, we will verify your identity and respond without delay in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
