[Job Description]

• Preparing documents and conducting research related to pet import and export
• Data entry and email correspondence
• Liaising with the Animal Quarantine Service and other related agencies
• Preparing documents for overseas contacts and handling customer communication (in English)

The role is primarily computer-based desk work, andremote workis an option. You'll put your English skills to use while helping pet parents make their dreams come true —
a truly rewarding position.

[Requirements for Full-Time Staff]

• English communication skills(reading, writing, and everyday conversation level or above)
• Knowledge of or experience in pet import/export is a plus
• Basic computer skills (email, Word/Excel, etc.)
• Applicants living within Tokyo's 23 wards are especially welcome (applications accepted nationwide)

Experienced pet agents or those with hands-on experience at the Animal Quarantine Service can hit the ground running.
No experience? If you're ready to take on the challenge, we'll support you every step of the way.

[Requirements for Freelance Staff]

If you'd prefer to work with us on a freelance basis, we welcome candidates such as:

• Those with experience in pet import/export work or knowledge of animal-related fields
• Those able to read, write, and converse in English
• Those who want to adjust their workload and work at their own pace

Work is assigned on a project basis, and details such as the scope of work you can take on and your preferred compensation structure can be discussed flexibly during your interview.

[Benefits & Salary / Compensation]

For Full-Time Staff
Monthly salary from ¥200,000(negotiable based on skills and experience) + commission system available

For Freelance Staff
Compensation is per project and varies with the number of assignments and the scope of work you take on.
