| Pricing | Base fees: Course A (Japan → Overseas) from ¥150,000; Course B (Round Trip) from ¥220,000; Course C (Overseas → Japan / Returning to Japan) from ¥150,000 (all excluding tax). Fees vary depending on the destination, the type of pet, the preparation timeline, and other factors; we will confirm the exact amount in your individual quote. |
| Costs Other Than the Service Fee | Veterinary exams, vaccinations, and antibody testing at an animal hospital; microchip implantation; airfare; crate purchase; the destination's entry fees and local quarantine costs; and other optional expenses are borne separately by the customer at actual cost. |

| Timing of Service Provision | After your contract begins, we support you continuously through your departure date, following the countdown schedule designed in our planning session. The time required varies greatly by destination. If a rabies antibody test is needed, a waiting period of at least 180 days from the blood draw applies, and for other destinations it is also common to allow several months of preparation. Because the required tests and documents depend on the destination and timing, we will walk you through your specific countdown schedule individually in a free consultation. |
| Cancellations and Refunds | If you cancel for your own reasons after the contract has been concluded, the fees you have paid are, in principle, non-refundable. The same applies to out-of-pocket costs such as veterinary fees, testing fees, application fees, and airfare. Details are provided in our Terms of Service and contract documents. If we are unable to provide the service due to causes attributable to us, we will issue a refund. |
| Partner administrative scrivener office | The preparation and filing of application documents with the Animal Quarantine Service are handled by an administrative scrivener office with which we have a business partnership. The name and registration number of the partner office are provided individually in your contract documents. Document preparation and filing are carried out by that office under a power of attorney from you (you complete the power of attorney at the time of contract, and we forward it on your behalf). Administrative scrivener fees are included in the total shown in your quote and itemized separately on your invoice. |
| Partners (Agency) | For corporate and VIP private jet charters, we make arrangements through an air charter company with which we hold an agency agreement. |
