PetAir is a dedicated international pet transportation team that supports country-specific quarantine and import/export regulations, extensive paperwork, and communication with pet owners.

We are looking for,PetAir's 1st AI personnelThis is an opportunity for you to work in the field. You will be responsible for understanding on-site operations, organizing operations, PoC, implementation, and operation.

PetAir's operations are made up of areas that are highly compatible with AI. Researching country-specific regulations, verifying required documentation, managing quarantine schedules, and handling customer briefings - all of these tasks have information organization and accurate communication at their core.

With a properly designed AI in place, the quality of the customer experience can be improved while greatly lowering the workload. Our mission is to solve the "complexity of information and the high level of anxiety" that our founder himself felt keenly when traveling abroad with his pets. We want to further advance that mission with the power of AI - that is the starting point for this recruitment.

The first three tasks to be solved

(1) Organize and update information
Country-specific quarantine regulations and required documents change frequently. A system is needed to accurately organize the latest information and maintain it as knowledge that can be used by anyone.

(2) Improve quality of customer service
Many inquiries are generated from similar concerns, and we hope to increase the accuracy of initial responses with AI assistance to create a faster and more secure customer experience.

(iii) Streamlining of documentation and application flow
Currently, a considerable amount of manual work is required to prepare documents that combine travel destination, pet information, and airline requirements. If AI can save labor in this area, it will directly lead to business scale.

Tasks we leave to you

  • Organize and AI workflow for country-specific regulatory research, documentation, FAQ updates, customer service, etc.
  • Design and implementation of AI tools for internal knowledge search, document checking, inquiry support, etc.
  • Designing AI applications for SEO articles, FAQs, sales materials, and ad operations
  • Automation and KPI visualization around CRM, inquiries, and application flow
  • Establishment of AI utilization rules, quality control, and operational flow
  • Promotion from PoC to full-scale operation in cooperation with members in the field

  • Implementation experience using Python, JavaScript, SQL, or automation tools

Q. Do I need to have knowledge of the pet industry?
A. Not required. Industry knowledge is supported by onboarding. What is important is the ability to go into the field, organize issues, change them into a form that can be used in AI, and finish the job.

Q. Is a full remote available?
A. Basically, remote support is available. We may ask you to come to the office and hold meetings once or twice a month.

Q. Is it possible to participate as an outsourcer?
A. Yes, it is possible. We will start with an initial 3-month contract, assuming 8-24 hours of operation per week. Continuation and conversion to permanent employment is also welcome.

Q. What is the current state of AI utilization?
A. We do not have an AI system as an organization yet. That is why you have the discretion to "design from scratch" as the first person. We expect you to implement it in your business, not to stop at experimentation.
