Even in cases involving multiple families or multiple pets, we’ll coordinate the parts that can be scheduled together and provide guidance on how responsibilities are divided between PetAir and our partner companies.
We select flights based on temperature, air pressure, and flight duration, and proceed while monitoring the transport conditions as much as possible. We notify the designated contact at key points such as departure and arrival. Even when you’re far away, we’ll keep you informed of the package’s current location.
In cases where there is little time to spare—such as when “the start date of the assignment cannot be changed” or “you wish to travel before the event begins”—we will plan the route and your itinerary for the day, within the limits possible for each destination. We will also candidly explain the risks involved if the timeline falls outside the typical preparation period.

Our company will organize the necessary information and assist with the communication and scheduling required to make an appointment with the Animal Quarantine Station. This project involves multiple families being assigned to overseas posts at the same time. We will inquire about each family’s pet situation and proceed by combining a common basic schedule with each family’s individual circumstances. A dedicated representative will coordinate consultations with PetAir and handle our portion of the billing; the assignment of tasks to our partners, cost allocations, and the party responsible for communication will be clearly specified at the time of contract signing.
This applies to situations where you are relocating your primary residence overseas or traveling regularly to spend time with your pets at a vacation home. We will design a plan with the expectation of multiple trips per year.
We will arrange a discreet pickup, taking into account your travel dates, flight details, and the most efficient route through the airport. Your name and itinerary will be handled in accordance with a confidentiality agreement. If you wish to travel by private jet, we will assist you through our partner air charter company.
These are time-sensitive cases, such as when “a transfer has been scheduled for a few months from now.” We will present the available routes for each destination and provide a frank assessment, including any potential risks, so that you can make an informed decision.
We have agency agreements with global private jet charter brokers and can arrange private jet charters according to our clients’ preferences. This is an excellent option for situations where you wish to avoid the hassles and layovers associated with commercial flights.
