Setting out who handles what, we hand you aDedicated Team Chart. In addition to your regular dedicated coordinator, our representative or a senior business manager oversees the process within PetAir. Your questions to PetAir go to your dedicated coordinator, and we organize the schedule and who contacts each related party.
On request, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement. Under its terms, your name, travel dates, and your pet’s information are never disclosed to third parties beyond what the work strictly requires.

For multiple families or multiple pets, we align what can share a common schedule, and clearly separate PetAir’s scope from our partners’ responsibilities.
We choose flights with temperature, air pressure, and time on board in mind, and track the transport environment as far as possible along the way. At each milestone — departure and arrival — we notify your designated contact, so even at a distance you know where your pet is.
When time is tight — “the posting date can’t move,” “we need to arrive before the event” — we build the route and day-of logistics within what each destination allows. If the timeline falls short of the usual preparation period, we are equally frank about the risks involved.
Gathering, organizing, and coordinating are our work; the preparation and filing of documents submitted to government agencies is handled byQualified professionals. We organize the information and support the contact and scheduling needed to book with the Animal Quarantine Service.
