| Selling Price | Base rates start at 150,000 yen for Plan A (Japan → Overseas), 220,000 yen for Plan B (Round-trip), and 150,000 yen for Plan C (Overseas → Japan / Return to Japan) (all prices exclude tax). Prices vary depending on the destination, pet type, preparation time, and other factors; we will provide an exact price via a customized quote. |
| Fees Other Than the Product Price | You will be responsible for the actual costs of veterinary examinations, vaccinations, and antibody testing at the animal hospital, as well as microchip implantation, airfare, the purchase of a crate, entry fees and local quarantine fees at your destination, and any other optional expenses. |
| Payment Method | Bank transfer (Sumishin SBI Net Bank, GMO Aozora Net Bank). We accept payment by invoice for corporate customers. |
| Payment Schedule | As a general rule, the initial payment is due at the time of contract signing, and the balance is due upon completion of the trip. We are open to discussing payment plans. |
| Service Availability Period | After you sign the contract, we will provide ongoing support leading up to your departure date, based on the backward-planning schedule we developed during our consultation. The time required varies significantly depending on your destination. For countries that require antibody testing (such as Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom), the process may take 180 days or more; for other countries, it is generally advisable to allow for a preparation period of several months. We will provide you with a specific reverse-countdown schedule during your free consultation. |
| Cancellations and Refunds | Cancellations made after signing the contract will incur a cancellation fee based on the progress of the service. Actual expenses already incurred (such as veterinary fees, testing fees, and application fees) are non-refundable. Details will be provided in the contract. |
| Affiliated Administrative Scrivener Office | An administrative scrivener’s office with which we have a business partnership will handle the preparation and submission of application documents to the Animal Quarantine Station. The name and registration number of the partner administrative scrivener’s office will be provided to you individually in the contract documents at the time of signing. The preparation and submission of documents will be carried out by this firm based on a power of attorney from you (you will complete the power of attorney form at the time of signing the contract, and we will forward it on your behalf). The administrative scrivener’s fees will be included in the total amount provided in the estimate and will be billed with a separate line item on the invoice. |
| Partners (Agencies) | For private jet charters for corporations and VIPs, we will provide information through the air charter companies with which we have agency agreements. |
