Due to some circumstances, we had to go through the procedures with a Japanese pet hotel remotely from overseas, and they were meticulous and accommodating. The documents you instructed us on everything from the schedule for preparing the documents to the color of the veterinarian's signature and stamp, and we were able to complete the immigration procedures in France and the UK in no time at all. When I think back to the time when I had to quarantine my cat for six months in the UK, it was like a dream come true to have my pet immigrate with such ease. I am very happy that we chose PetAir.
