We exported one dog (an Italian Greyhound) to the Netherlands

Our comments

Thank you very much for choosing PetAir JPN. We have prepared a comfortable transportation environment for your pets in preparation for travel in cold regions, while giving top priority to the management of their physical condition.

We understand that you may have had many concerns about your first international transportation, but we are very pleased that we made thorough preparations in advance and that the procedures went smoothly after your arrival there. In particular, we made adjustments to the crate and transportation plan to minimize stress during the long flight.

We will continue to make every effort to support a comfortable journey for pets and their owners. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
