We exported one dog to the United States (Los Angeles)

I hired Pet Air JPN to help me and my dog, Coco, move to Los Angeles in August. We had a few obstacles in the preliminary stages of preparation, but they always responded calmly with professional solutions, and we are very happy to have had the support of Pets Air. We are very grateful.

Our comments

Thank you very much for choosing PetAir for Coco's move to Los Angeles.

We are honored that you appreciated our professional solutions and calm response to the obstacles you faced in the preliminary preparation phase. It is a great pleasure for all of us at PetAir to hear our clients say that their experience with us was "really good," which is proof that our philosophy has been put into practice.

The "calm response" you noted is a reflection of our commitment to prioritize the safety and security of our customers and their pets, even in emergencies and unexpected situations. We are sincerely grateful for this recognition.
