In connection with our participation in the Tokyo Bay eSG Project, our company will first “Digitizing Documents” We are working on this.

Outline of Initiatives

• Electronic Signature and Cloud Management
  We are gradually moving toward digitizing documents that were previously exchanged in paper form, such as rabies antibody titer certificates and import/export applications.
• Reducing Paper Usage
  By promoting the shift to paperless documentation, we aim to reduce the amount of paper used and the costs associated with printing, envelopes, and shipping.
• Facilitating Communication with Customers
  We are working to establish systems that streamline document exchanges and progress tracking, with the goal of minimizing time wasted by our customers.

This "paperless" initiative is part of the Tokyo Bay eSG Project's "Reduction of Environmental Impact x DX" We believe this is a practical first step that directly aligns with our philosophy. Our plan is to start small, assess the results within the company, and then gradually expand to the next phase (such as exploring crate circulation and low-carbon transportation).
